Technical design for “Reconstruction and modernization of existing LWWTP and manure pit” for pig farm in Slanchevo village

Capacity:

Q_av.d = 150 m³/d
BOD₅ = 28 400 mg/l

Overview:

LWWTP technology consists of:

Mechanical treatment – primary sedimentation;
Two stage biological purification with biofilters, denitrification and secondary sedimentation;
Tertiary treatment – biologically purified wastewater pumping station, green biofilter;
Sludge treatment – sludge thickening.

Manure preparation consists of:

Collection and disposal of manure in equalization tank;
Manure separation.

Manure preparation of LWWTP sludge consists of:

Mechanical dewatering in a centrifuge.
