Scope of Work:

Technical design for “Reconstruction and modernization of existing LWWTP and manure pit” for pig farm in Slanchevo village

Capacity:

Qav.d = 150 m3/d
BOD5 = 28 400 mg/l

Overview:

LWWTP technology consists of:

  • Mechanical treatment – primary sedimentation;
  • Two stage biological purification with biofilters, denitrification and secondary sedimentation;
  • Tertiary treatment – biologically purified wastewater pumping station, green biofilter;
  • Sludge treatment – sludge thickening.

Manure preparation consists of:

  • Collection and disposal of manure in equalization tank;
  • Manure separation.

Manure preparation of LWWTP sludge consists of:

  • Mechanical dewatering in a centrifuge.
