The management of WEP Ltd. declares and makes a personal commitment to perform the following basic principles of quality management to achieve measurable quality objectives and execution of the applicable requirements for the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System:
1. Focus on customer satisfaction. We will devote all his attention to the full understanding and satisfying customers. We will focus our efforts in response to the clients specific requirements and achieve a level of quality to arouse them satisfaction that they have chosen to work with WEP Ltd.

2. Process-oriented approach and systematic approach to management. The main activities of the Company are considered as processes because the desired results are achieved more efficiently when activities and related resources are managed as a process. Identifying, understanding and managing interrelated processes as a system contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company in achieving her objectives. Each structural unit within the company responsible for the quality of services it provides.

3. Continuous improvement and decision making based on facts. Our goal is continuous improvement of all processes. The effectiveness of the decisions to take corrective actions are based on facts and actions to address identified risk opportunities.

4. Mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers. WEP Ltd. and its suppliers and subcontractors are interdependent and mutually beneficial relationship enhances the ability of all parties to create value. Therefore, management and responsible officials continually evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors regarding the quality of the their products and services, and processes in bidding and negotiating with them.

5. Engagement and inclusion of people. We realize that our greatest aset are people. People at all levels in the hierarchy are the essence of the company and their full involvement enables their abilities to be used to achieve the objectives. We strive to ensure the continued development skills of our employees by organizing training courses to improve their participation and motivation in the process in parallel to ensure safe and healthy working conditions.

We fully accept and endorse the contents of the Handbook of Integrated Management System (IMS) and IMS documents as a basis for managing quality activities in the Company. We require all employees to be familiar with the system of quality management as part of IMS and will monitor its implementation. Will continually evaluate processes driven by our core activities and seek ways for improvement, using measurable indicators of quality objectives and indicators to measure the processes specified in the documentation of the IMS.

We will periodically review the system of quality management as part of IMS and its implementation, conducting an official review by management and affirming that policy at least once a year to express our continued commitment to it.

WEP LTD. POLICY IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

As an organization that fully realizes its responsibility to protect the environment, WEP Ltd. believes that the world should be saved as a suitable place where they will live for future generations.

Our main goal is that all measures for environmental protection within the system of environmental management to be implemented.

The management and the staff of WEP Ltd. understand the responsibility and its commitment to environmental protection, which is an inportant part of overall business activity.

Environmental policy of WEP Ltd. within the scope of the system of environmental management is based on the following principles:

• Constantly maintaining and continually improving the system for environmental management;

• Striving to minimize adverse environmental impacts;

• Creating conditions to prevent any significant adverse environmental impact;

• Efficient use of materials and natural resources;

• Reduction of waste materials and environmental hazards, through review and improvement of technologies;

• Compliance with laws and regulations on environmental protection;

• Update of policy objectives - general and specific protection of environmental with the change of processes, activities and services company.

Management of WEP Ltd. is committed this policy to be effectively implemented within the Company.

WEP LTD. POLICY IN HEALTH & SAFETY

Management of WEP Ltd. pay a great importance to and respects the right of life and working environment in human terms, and for this purpose requires that all activities carried out by staff working on behalf of the company, to be carried out in safe and healthy working conditions.

Within the defined and documented scope of the system for a healthy and safe working conditions, management of WEP Ltd. poses itself the following objectives:

1. To maintain the status of jobs, processes and equipment in accordance with the legal requirements for safety and leading world standards;
2. To ensure continuous improvement of healthy and safe working conditions, in order to eliminate the dangers and reduce the risks to health and safety at work;
3. Strict compliance with applicable legal and other requirements associated with the identified hazards and assessed risks to health and safety;
4. To motivate staff and ensure contractors comply with their obligations in compliance with health and safety;
5. To maintain a high level of technical availability of machinery and equipment, training staff and improving its capacity to prevent or reduce emergencies minimal losses;
6. To ensure continuous improvement of management system healthy and safe working conditions and the results of its application.

The implementation of the policy is implemented through implementation and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety management in accordance with the requirements of BDS EN ISO 45001:2018, as well as strict implementation of the program with objectives and targets for OHS to WEP Ltd.

With the belief that this policy constitutes an integral and essential part of the management vision, the senior management of “Water Enviro Project” Ltd. is constantly striving to establish an accurate employment relationships with all employees, achieve confidence and trust from the interested parties, compliance with the legislation and maintain clear business relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and business partners by respecting the principles of social responsibility and management of health and safe working conditions.
