ISO 45001:2018
ISO 45001 is an international standard for occupational health and safety management systems. The standard sets requirements for the commitment of senior management for compliance with regulatory requirements, so that the organization can provide safe and healthy workplaces, preventing injuries and illness by activety improving its performance in health and safety at work.

The management of WEP Ltd. declares and makes a personal commitment to perform the following basic principles of quality management to achieve measurable quality objectives and execution of the applicable requirements for the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System:
1. Focus on customer satisfaction. We will devote all his attention to the full understanding and satisfying customers. We will focus our efforts in response to the clients specific requirements and achieve a level of quality to arouse them satisfaction that they have chosen to work with WEP Ltd.
2. Process-oriented approach and systematic approach to management. The main activities of the Company are considered as processes because the desired results are achieved more efficiently when activities and related resources are managed as a process. Identifying, understanding and managing interrelated processes as a system contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company in achieving her objectives. Each structural unit within the company responsible for the quality of services it provides.
3. Continuous improvement and decision making based on facts. Our goal is continuous improvement of all processes. The effectiveness of the decisions to take corrective actions are based on facts and actions to address identified risk opportunities.
4. Mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers. WEP Ltd. and its suppliers and subcontractors are interdependent and mutually beneficial relationship enhances the ability of all parties to create value. Therefore, management and responsible officials continually evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors regarding the quality of the their products and services, and processes in bidding and negotiating with them.
5. Engagement and inclusion of people. We realize that our greatest aset are people. People at all levels in the hierarchy are the essence of the company and their full involvement enables their abilities to be used to achieve the objectives. We strive to ensure the continued development skills of our employees by organizing training courses to improve their participation and motivation in the process in parallel to ensure safe and healthy working conditions.
We fully accept and endorse the contents of the Handbook of Integrated Management System (IMS) and IMS documents as a basis for managing quality activities in the Company. We require all employees to be familiar with the system of quality management as part of IMS and will monitor its implementation. Will continually evaluate processes driven by our core activities and seek ways for improvement, using measurable indicators of quality objectives and indicators to measure the processes specified in the documentation of the IMS.
We will periodically review the system of quality management as part of IMS and its implementation, conducting an official review by management and affirming that policy at least once a year to express our continued commitment to it.
