Detailed design for Reconstruction of WWTP Loznitsa and commissioning

Overview:

The reconstruction includes:

  • Preliminary treatment – additional aerated grease removal tank;
  • Biological treatment stage – nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus reduction in aerated bioreactor and secondary clarifier, using approved activated sludge processes to provide optimal and easily operated sanitation of the wastewater;
  • Disinfection with advanced UV technology, used in cases of epidemic.
  • Sludge treatment – aerobic stabilization, thickening and mechanical dewatering.
